Terms of Service

Last updated

These terms cover your use of Bloting, operated by Bloting. The service is pre-launch and still changing; we’ve kept these terms short and will update them, with a new date above, as it matures.

Your account

You need an account to publish. Keep your password and API keys private; you’re responsible for what is done with them, including by AI agents you connect.

Your content

You own what you publish. You give us permission to host it, display it at your publication’s address, and deliver it to readers and to the crawlers your settings allow — nothing more. You can export or delete it at any time.

Only publish material you have the right to publish. When you import a link or a file, you confirm that you own it or may reuse it.

AI-assisted writing

AI can draft and edit, but it can be wrong. You’re responsible for reviewing what you publish. A page passing our checks means it met technical and structural requirements; it is not a statement that its content is accurate.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to publish spam, mass-produced low-value pages, content that infringes others’ rights, malware, or anything unlawful. Don’t try to manipulate search engines, generate artificial traffic or ad clicks, or get around rate limits. We may limit, unpublish, or suspend accounts that do.

Search and discovery

We build pages so search engines and AI assistants can read them, and we report what we can observe. We don’t control those services and make no promise about indexing, ranking, traffic, or being cited.

Recommendations and advertising

Published pages include a recommendation area provided by LOOPIS, a separate network. It shows pages from other sites and labeled ads, and it is on by default; you can switch it off for your publication in Earn. Any earnings and payments are subject to LOOPIS’s terms and policies. We don’t guarantee any level of earnings.

Plans and limits

Each plan has limits, including on AI use and publishing volume, shown on the pricing page. Paid plans aren’t available yet; when they are, their prices and terms will be shown before you’re charged.

Availability

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever shut the service down, we’ll give you reasonable time to export your content.

Ending your use

You can delete your account whenever you like from Account. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
